Back in July, 1997 Dato’ Lim Mook San started and established Shahrizat & Tan Penang Branch which later became Shahrizat Rashid & Lee in 2003. He had been the Managing Partner since 1997.

San Law Chambers was formed as the result of the assumption of the businesses and assets of Shahrizat Rashid & Lee Penang Branch by Dato’ Lim Mook San. 

Our team has a long history of collaboration with banks and financial institutions, as well as public and private companies, providing services in the areas of general corporate, commercial and banking transactions including Islamic banking and a general civil litigation practice. We have vast experiences in advising and drafting banking and financial institution instruments.

On the litigation front, we have dealt with among other banking and insolvency works, arbitration, commercial litigation, defamation and employment law.
